Current register

The current list is available upon written request to privacy@subconscious.ai. We provide the register under NDA so it can identify the services, purposes, and processing locations that apply to the requesting customer's scope.

Changes and objections

Where an agreement requires notice, we provide it before a new subprocessor begins processing personal data. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within the period stated in their agreement.

Responsibility

We bind subprocessors to data protection obligations appropriate to their role and remain responsible for their performance as the applicable agreement provides.
