Privacy policy
Last updated August 6, 2026
Subconscious AI, Inc. operates subconscious.ai and its subdomains. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we use it, and the choices available to you. Customer use of the Subconscious platform may also be governed by a service agreement and data processing addendum.
Information you provide
When you request a meeting or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, company, and scheduling details. We use that information to record your request, respond, and arrange the conversation. The request is delivered through our lead system and the calendar opens through Calendly.
Information collected automatically
In production, the site may collect pages viewed, referral and campaign attribution, browser and device characteristics, IP-derived location, and performance or error data. Statsig may store an anonymous stable identifier when experiments or feature flags are enabled. Lemlist runs visitor identification that may attempt to associate a visit with a company or business contact profile.
Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance measurement; Sentry for privacy-scrubbed error monitoring; Statsig for experiments and feature flags; Calendly for scheduling; and Lemlist for visitor identification and outreach. When configured, Google Tag Manager manages Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, advertising measurement, and RB2B visitor identification. Our lead system records meeting requests and may route them to our operating tools. Each provider processes information under its own terms.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, operate and secure the site, understand site use, improve performance, measure marketing, identify potential business customers, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and advertising
We share information with service providers when needed to operate the site and the activities described above. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising, analytics, or visitor-identification activity may be treated as a sale or sharing under certain privacy laws.
Your choices and rights
Your browser can limit cookies or block scripts. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to exercise a right or object to marketing and visitor identification.
Retention, security, and transfers
Retention varies by system and purpose. We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the site, manage business relationships, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
