Privacy policy

Last updated August 25, 2026

This policy covers our website, marketing and sales activity, and platform. It explains what Subconscious AI, Inc. collects, why we use it, and your choices. Where we process data for a customer or partner under a signed agreement, that agreement and our Data processing addendum govern.

Information you provide

When you request a meeting, you provide an email address and may add scheduling details in Calendly. We use that information to route and arrange the conversation.

Information collected automatically

In production, the site may collect pages viewed, referral and campaign attribution, browser and device characteristics, IP-derived location, and performance or error data. Lemlist runs visitor identification that may attempt to associate a visit with a company or business contact profile.

Regional consent

Non-essential marketing, analytics, and visitor-identification tools do not load for visitors outside the United States until permission is given. We also honor supported browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, by keeping those tools off. United States traffic follows our regional policy and browser-level choices.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance measurement; Sentry for privacy-scrubbed error monitoring; Calendly for scheduling; and Lemlist for visitor identification and outreach. When configured, Google Tag Manager manages Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, advertising measurement, and RB2B visitor identification. Our lead system records meeting requests and may route them to our operating tools. Each provider processes information under its own terms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, operate and secure the site, understand site use, improve performance, measure marketing, identify potential business customers, and comply with legal obligations.

Simulation and model development

We build models that simulate human decision-making. Where an agreement permits it, we use submitted content to train, calibrate, validate, and improve models and synthetic populations. We act as an independent controller for that work and rely on our legitimate interest in developing and validating the technology. We de-identify data before model development wherever we can and do not use it to make decisions about you as an individual.

Models do not store source data in retrievable form. A deletion request removes source data from active systems under the applicable agreement and excludes it from later training runs. It does not require retraining or rolling back an existing model. We do not submit customer or partner content to consumer or free-tier AI services. Foundation model providers are engaged under terms that prohibit training on data we submit.

Sharing and advertising

We share information with service providers when needed to operate the site and the activities described above. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising, analytics, or visitor-identification activity may be treated as a sale or sharing under certain privacy laws.

Your choices and rights

Your browser can limit cookies or block scripts. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to exercise a right or object to marketing and visitor identification.

Retention, security, and transfers

We keep marketing and site analytics data for 25 months, business contact records for the relationship plus 3 years, and customer or partner content according to its agreement, normally within 90 days from active systems and 12 months from backups after termination. Law or a litigation hold may require longer retention.

We use technical and organizational safeguards and maintain a SOC 2 Type I report, but no system is completely secure. Information is processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. For transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland where required, we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, with supplementary measures where needed.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
